#1 information on DB set up

I would like to see more information on the setup of the DB. Firebirdsql is not one that is used a lot, and I am not very familiar with. When I try and input the .sql file that is provided, I get errors centered around the Alter Table XXX add constraint integ_4 Primary.....' Saying:
-STORE RDB$RELATION_CONSTRAINTS failed
-attempt to store duplicate value (visible to active transactions) in unique index "RDB$INDEX_12"
After line 274 in file ./dotk_Firebird.sql

Please help.
