#1 Extensions Patch

This patch allows the user to edit the preferences of
opening the different file extensiosions. Also, some
unimportant file are deleted to safe the highest
performance.

PLEASE EDIT THE CONFIG.CFG ONLY LIKE THE FOLLOWING:
"(extensioson like txt)","(plugin like txt)
Plugins are: bmp,gif,ico,txt,pcx!
Dont add some lines!
