Dear sir/madam,
I still don't know whether my message is on the right
place (bugs or no). But, I want to reported that
dosemu 1.3.3 which i used to has some strange
behaviour.
I had a peer-to-peer DOS application (built with
Clipper/FoxPro2.6 with DBaseIII back-end) runned
using LAN with more than 4 computers in it. The
application it self was setted succesfully on each
terminal and had ability to printing locally or by
network.
The problem is: if the printing operation
simoultaneously processed from all computers, the
outputs showed bad results (replacing the output
before previous prints finished). It seems that the
buffers(?) unable to queueing the processes.
It does not happened if the computers setted less
then 4 or each machine printing some X application
(eg: OpenOffice). I had tried to re-configure the
dosemu.conf but it does not solve the problem.
Recently, i am using LINUX FEDORA CORE 4 with CUPS
printer daemon and equipped with LX-300 & LQ-2180
printers hardware. Anybody has the same problem with
me? Is there any explanation about this? Please...
Is this still a problem?
