#69 add config options for sound

New sound code needs many config options.
Most importantly, the ones to select the
plugins, so that the midi is not synthesized
by 3 different plugins. The path to midi
instruments for fluidsynth must also be
specified, and the path to record the .wav
file to, for the wav writer. And many more. :)
