#405 DPMI TW2002 v3.09 crashes dosemu with vm86 emulation

Tradewars 2002 v3.09 DPMI version works correctly without vm86 or full emulation.

With vm86 or full emulation running either tw2002.exe or tedit.exe immediately segfaults dosemu. This makes TW2002 impossible to use on X86-64 hosts.

Simply run INSTALL.BAT, answer no to the registration question, then dosemu immediately dies. It can be made to die again by running TEDIT.EXE or TW2002.EXE.

I couldn't reproduce this.
I'm using kernel 3.19 on amd64.

Both dosemu Debian package 1.4.0.7+20130105+b028d3f-1, as well dosemu
git and new dosemu2 from git, are working with no errors. I was able
to start both tedit.exe and tw2002.exe.
