This is a minor update, with some improvements and small bugfixes. Go = to http://www.doselab.com/ or http://doselab.sf.net/ to download the new = files. Here is a summary of the changes: =B7 The flatness and symmetry program can now be used in the standalone, = Matlab-independent version of DoseLab. The symmetry calculations now = find the maximum difference in symmetry along the width of the profile. =B7 An image smoothing program has been added in the "Image tools" menu = of the Single image analysis program, along with the ability to flip and = rescale images. =B7 The normalization routine defaults to an autonormalization of all = points between 70% and 90% of the maximum computed dose if no points are = manually selected. =B7 Error messages are now displayed as popup boxes. =B7 The CMS to TIF option now flips its output vertically to match = CMS-displayed images (thanks to alukban via the DoseLab forum). =B7 All figures automatically print out with a landscape orientation. = Using the portrait orientation will clip off portions of figures. =B7 The film orientation GUI now can adjust the orientations of both = measured and calculated images. =B7 Linear and cubic spline interpolations in the Film to Dose program = have been sped up significantly. =B7 The standard deviation divided by the average value is now displayed = alongside each calibration box in the Film Calibration program. Also, I will be displaying two posters related to results obtained with = DoseLab at the 2003 AAPM meeting in San Diego. Go to = http://www.doselab.com/publications.html to read the abstracts.
