#64 Provide more builds (esp on official site)...

It doesn't seem right that the only way we can get a
version of DOSBox that isn't well over a year old is
to get an unofficial CVS build (and for those of us
who aren't so great at building our own, this means
having to dig all over the internet and find someone
else who has builds, which is even more unofficial.)
Besides, some of the major changes that have gone into
DOSBox since 2004 are quite worthy of an official
version.
