I executed it(nana eiyuu monogatari) with dosbox debugger and found that whenever I heard harsh noise, the debugger windows display repeatedly below message.
If I select ROLAND GS, the sound has problem.

I assume that your sound problem(harsh noise) would be relate with remapping IRQ of 8-bit PCM Mono,but It is impossible for me to fix this problem....

someone said when the problem appears，dosbox console displayed:
DMA segbound wrappng (read) :40000:10000 size 2 [0] wrap ffff
but I didn't see the message.
A fix for the issue has been committed.
I test it with r4180. this problem is fixed.
