#153 Keyboard lockup if dosbox can't access DISPLAY

This is most likely my own stupid fault, but i found if you
try to run dosbox from a console (in linux) if it can't
access DISPLAY it doesn't exit with an error it jumps to
the first available vt and if you try to exit or ctrl-f9 it
locks up the keyboard and you have to reboot using the
reset button on the case.
jumping to the first available vt is a SDL habit but not
returning the keyboard and screen to the original console
is not IMHO.
Of course this will only be a problem if you are an idiot
like me and try to run dosbox wothout having access to
DISPLAY.
