#1 text font configuration

Please consider adding support for text mode fonts other than the default one that comes with Dosbox. The default text mode font joins characters together regardless of the settings for scaler, aspect ratio, window size, or full screen.

Also allow the display to be configured for a particular hardware type (cga, vga, hercules, ega, etc). I want to run with hercules monochrome display with yellow or orange or green pixels.
