Hi,

what about keeping a history for the latest x captures
online? A visitor can see captures from the past then
and, because timezones are different from us to EU, he
can see a capture, when it´s not dark outside.

"X" is of course a variable set in the configuration
for each capture-event.

It would be a small change to the ftp-script not just
deleting the jpg, but renaming it to something like
"cam-hist-xx.jpg" or similar..

User of dorgem can then create a html-page arround it.

greetings from germany,
jens

Nice idea. Is already on the to-do list. I'll keep it here
    as a reminder.

It is only possible for the file and ftp store. The http
store doesn't have the option AFAIK and with the external
program it is up to the user.

Keeping a non-dark image is up to the user. All I can do is
save a history of a number of files.

This is implemented in the CVS

You can download a nightly build from
http://dorgem.sourceforge.net/test/ to test it. Please check the
ChangeLog.txt to see if the available nightly is already up to date.
