I try to use Dorgem to keep a webcam updated
continueously
(http://stacia.thepatstudio.com/cam/update.html)

but sometimes the FTP transfer will become "stuck"
almost always after leaving it on for a long period of
time and I need to restart Dorgem to get it working. At
the bottom it will say "Error transfering with FTP" but
when I restart it, it works fine. This might be caused
by me unplugging the network cable sometimes to move
the computer around, but it seems to do this sometimes
even when I don't unplug the cable at all. thanks I
love this program

Yeah I just noticed when I was on a flakey wireless
connection and didn't have a connection for a bit, it just
got stuck on "error" and didn't attempt to reconnect.

Could you provide some more details. Like, how often do you
upload and how long until this occurs? Other things that
    might be important?

If I can't reproduce, there is no way I can fix it.

I am using 10sec updates (1 local save, 2 is ftp) with a
    bt848 card.
    Its connected. Webcam pc-->switch-->server
The problem is eazly reproduced for me, simply stop the ftp
server or drop the cat5 cable and it will go in to error,
reconnect cable, and it stays in the Error.

Another Case when i was using it over 20km microwave link,
anytime the signal would get stoped by anything it would
kick in and throw a Error and stay like that (on a totaly
    diffrent pc setup)
