#4 configopus.module: make first entry in the list active by default

Currently when we choice Settings->Environment, we have grey empty area in the environment window, because no entries choicen. More user friendly will be to make first entry (backgrounds) active by default, so when users choice Settings->Environment it will save for them extra click as well as by default there will be no grey areas.
