If multiple instances of a program are started (here: VLC) and don't panic options are set to "blacklist|keywords" then only the first instance is closed while the other is not.
With firefox, the first time don't panic is called the instance with a defined keyword in the title is closed, but when if called for the second, third, ... time all instances of firefox are closed, if the contain the keyword or not...
