#47 Unicode character width not computed correctly

Enviroment: dompdf v.0.5.1 with two li blocks, one with latin, another with cyrillic text, no additional style applied.
Result: cyrillic text block has bigger width, thus overflowing body and not visible
Correct result: character width is calculated correctly and block is wrapped within body
