#8 Add & Refresh button disappears in version 3.x still

The Add & Refresh buttons disappear in 3.x as it did in
2.4 when several cd's have been added to domo in the
Add window. If the Add window contains a long list,
the Add and Refresh buttons disappear. The buttons are
still there, but they are unreachable because you can't
scroll down on this particular part of the window.
