#1 file release error

Hi,

I made an mistake using the file release system for my
xml parser, DOMIT!.

Version 0.2 should have been released as part of the
existing package: domit-xmlparser.

However, I mistakenly created a new package, and now
versions 0.1, 0.11, and 0.3 are part of a single
package, but version 0.2 is in its own package.

Is the any way to add version 0.2 to the main line of
file releases - or remove it altogether?
