#2 TOA ZonePoint Scripts

The scripts for TOA ZonePoints (genies) need to be
fixed. Sometimes they appear on some realms, and then
they dont again. Also we need to get rid of all the
zonepoints to zone walls if some still exist in TOA. We
will replace all the zonepoints with scripts.
