I just discovered that at some point I seem to have deleted the variable for Threshold Gain.
So apparently the Threshold Gain setting was having no effect (except on the clipping).

So for now use imput gain instead (/IG:n.n).
I'll fix this error and upload a corrected as soon as I reasonably can.

I discovered this while debugging my DolbyC program, but Iseem to have done the same thing to DolbyB.

I'm currently testing it by decoding some music with various settings,
but it seems to work OK, so I decided to upload it.

Amended versions should be in the folder 28-July-16
