Hello List!
This message is first meant to verify activity in the list. Hope there
are people out there.
Secondly, I am not getting absolute positioning to function in firefox,
though it does work in IE. My absolute positioning line looks like
this:
mmenu.SetPosition('absolute','15px','220px');
I have also tried without the px as in=20
mmenu.SetPosition('absolute','15','220') but to no avail.
Any help?
Thanks!

Donna, Congrats on the cool menuing system. I would like to use this very much however I am unable=20 to due to the current licence. The GNU/GPL licence states that if I use your menu=20 API, I would have to publish my application as Open=20 Source - which is not what I would like to do. I was wondering if you would consider changing your=20 licence to be GNU/LGPL, which would mean that I could=20 use your cool menu API and still retain a degree of=20 control over my code. This would make the API truely=20 Freeware (which was ur orignial licence) Keep up the fantastic work. Jeremy. BTW I also posted this under the sourceforge support requests message = bank. |

Basically, I have my 'root' menu which will have many levels of submenus. I want to wait until the onclick to show the submenus... but I would like for the submenus to use the onmouseover. Is there a way to do this or would I have to change the code manually? Thanks alot...I love the script. I plan to use it in future projects! Will |

Hi all, I am trying to use Doimenu on my website and I run into a problem where the select drop down box is always appeared in front on the menu. You can see the problem at https://my.bugfamily.com/demo.html (Click on the Demo menu on the custom style 3 menubar). Has anyone encounter this? Is there anyway to get around it? Thanks, -- Gary |

Hello, It would appear that I'm unable to retrieve the archived messages for this list so please excuse me if I'm asking a question thats been asked countless times before. Is there an easy way to have the main menus drop down on mouse over? People I've spoken to haven't found the 'click to drop down' to be intuitave on a web site. It seems odd because they have to click to drop down in almost every OS but I guess its not a web like thing.
