It would be cool if the menu could be split among two
frames, e.g. the main menu bar lives in one frame and
the single menu items open in the second frame.
Reason: currently I have to re-build the menu with every
submit of a page. It would be more efficiently to build
the menu once in a small frame of a frameset (e.g. with
the height of the top menu bar)
If the user clicks on a top menu item (living in frame 1),
the menu should open in the second frame. This is
necessary because if the menu opens in the small frame
1, the items will not be displayed, because of the limited
height.
