dofCalc releases version 1.0

Project "dofCalc" provides a mobile depth-of-field calculator for Java-enabled mobile devices.

This release fixes docbug # 2870548. It also has additional drop-down items for circle-of-confusion-values for 35mm and APS-C formats, and fixes command layout for such mobile devices as do not adhere to the MIDP standard for such matters (which says to go by priority and NOT the order in which the application adds commands.)
