#32 rst.el does not support non-English section name

If non-English characters are used in the beginning of
section names, the corresponding sections will not
display in the *Table of Contents* buffer generated by
rst-toc command. I checked rst.el and discovered that
it was caused by the incorrect definition of the
variable ``rst-section-text-regexp''. I think it should
not be "^[ \t]*\\S-*[a-zA-Z0-9]\\S-*" but be "^[
\t]*\\S-*\\w\\S-*". The attached patch against
(revision 4709) works for me.

    rst-adjust (C-=) for non-ASCII headings. And sorry for the
    long delay!
