I am writing code that is (a) daemon; (b) talking to routers. Where can I find good and hopefully high-signal Python help on this sort of thing? I very much like the kind of community & support I see in this list; surely there are others that are as good. And to bring this on-topic, if there's anyone here who's into XSL/ XSL:FO, I'd like to begin making my Docutils XML -> PDF transformations more publicly-useable. Contact me directly and we can work together. thanks, all! |

You want Twisted Matrix: http://twistedmatrix.com/ It can be a bit daunting, but it *is* the best thing since sliced bread. :-) > Where > can I find good and hopefully high-signal Python help on this sort of > thing? The main mailing list is good: http://twistedmatrix.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/twisted-python The #twisted IRC channel on Freenode is also helpful. -- Nicola Larosa - ni...@te... For general Python advice, I'd recommend the python-list (gated to the comp.lang.python newsgroup): http://www.python.org/community/lists.html Dunno what's the best list for your particular problem, though. -- For private mail please ensure that the header contains 'Felix Wiemann'.
