Currently if one use something in a rst file like:

.. image:: http://www.example.com/foo.png

And passes it to rst2odt, the image is not included in the document, showing instead the following warning:

(WARNING/2) Cannot find image file http://www.example.com/foo.png

It would be nice if the image could be fetched and included in the document. Currently rst2pdf does it by using urllib.urlretrieve if it detects a HTTP URI.

    I have made a fix (and checked it into the SVN repository) so that files with name beginning with "http:" will be downloaded from the Web.

    Since Revision 8127 this also works for URL beginning wiht "https:"
