The expected \colon symbol in LaTeX math is not processed by docutils. I have tried this using rst2html.py. I get error: * Unknown command \colon

I am using python-docutils package on Arch Linux, version 0.11, package release 1.

    Sorry, adding information. Relevant portion of documentation suggests \colon should be acceptable: http://docutils.sourceforge.net/docs/ref/rst/directives.html#math

    Minimal working example:

    Save to file:

    .. math::
       \colon

    and run rst2html.py

    Expected:

    Formatted colon in HTML output.

    Actual:

    The text \colon in HTML output. Error message: * Unknown command \colon

    The \colon macro is now supported by math-output=HTML and the spacing around colons is fixed.

    Thanks for the report.
