#19 Deprecation Warning in AboutBox

Opening about dialog displays Deprecation Warning:

C:\Program Files\Documancer\gui\AboutBox.py:165:
DeprecationWarning: NotebookSizer is no longer needed.
sizer_8.Add(wxNotebookSizer(self.notebook_1), 1,
wxALL|wxEXPAND, 6)

From what I (hopefully correctly) see in online svn
view it seems not fixed yet. Removal of wxNotebookSizer
() around self.notebook_1 seems enough.
