#17 Strange positioning after adding first book in new install

Hi!

I just tried installation without earlier 0.2.5 existence. I
installed 0.2.6 on this new machine. Went fine (without
error related to 0.2.5 bookmarks) so I tried to add first
book to check online book working. I choosed Vadim's
daily wxWidgets manual build. I added it selecting full
index. Once I closed book dialog documancer started to
process this book and repositioned controls in left panel.
After reposition left panel looks strange (see
first_book_broken1.png) then I switched to another
application and went back to documancer to verify how it
looks after full repainting and it still looks broken (see
first_book_broken2.png). After exiting documancer and
relaunching it again it finally looks fine.
