[Docu-development] New snapshot today

Hi all,

So I'm about to release another snapshot - its been ages now, sorry.

This one has about 1/2 complete i18n support, so that's cool, as well
as a bunch of new features.

Feedback is wanted! Please comment, send me an email or post a message here.

Once i18n support is complete in the viewer, I will be looking for
people who want to translate Pelzini. I have tried to make translation
as easy as possible, and there are not very many strings at the
moment, so it should be a snap.
