#1 Allow assignment of document owners

Currently, only the originator of a document can make a
modification and replace the old document with a newer
version. I'd like to propose a capability that would
allow an assignment of a group of people to allow
document modifications. The best method is probably a
check box upon the original submittal to allow only the
project admin or the group to edit a particular document.

I would like to allow a defined project team to have
update rights to all documents saved for that project.

Of course, in order for this to work, you need to be
able to scope the documents to a certain proeject folder.
