[Docsynch-developers] A problem with DocSynch

Goodmorning,
my name is Grazia and I'm interested to use DocSynch but I'have a problem=
. Can you help me?
When a client join to a session and the master add a file to buffer the s=
tatus of blocking of master's window is red and have a message "BLOCKING"=
 and files do not transfer.
I have disabled firewall; trying to disconnect and rejoin to session but =
nothing.

Please, can you help me?
