If you can ssh to SourceForge, install the CygWin toolkit -- it doesn't need
administrator rights -- and use the SourceForge repository directly. It's
pretty easy.

Yep, but not that hard. David or I can put it up, and when you release a new
tarball we can extract it in-place and commit the updates for you.
