Kinda stalled. I was going to write an XSLT transform, but got held up
because 4Suite doesn't build cleanly on Cygwin. I'm still waiting for
someone else to wrap DL_EXPORT() macros around every single external
function and variable in 83 or so files. :/

logic that it doesn't call anything else.]

If you want to start on it, feel free. I'm happy to extend the test
framework to check not just the pprint output of the parser, but also
the XML and XHTML. That way, as we finish the parser (adding ordered
lists, for example) and add those test cases, you can see where you need
to extend the template.
