Is it such a pain if we're only putting in pathless identifiers?
``c:\this\that\gpdi.dtd`` would be criminal. ``gpdi.dtd`` by itself
seems harmless enough.

Aah, so I should make the local mapping ``soextblx.dtd``. If I correct
