Hi,

for compiling mta-configfiles it is sometimes needed to add the configuration hash to the configfile.

I've added a Mac OS-X (shellscript) demonstrating the expected results.

As I'm not that familiar with C yet I'm not able to implement this myself.

Benedikt

I've finally implemented a basic way to add that config-hash to mta-bootfiles.

#include "openssl/sha.h" is needed to generate the config hash,
as there have been some compile issues I've needed to add "-lcrypto" to CFLAGS.

    use
    docsis -hash -p <txt> <bin>
    docsis -hash -m -p <txt> <txt2> <ext>

    regards,
    Benedikt
