#1 Separate CSS from code & allow for 2 modes

To properly display a Presentation, the header and menu need to contract to the one side of the screen and offer the full height to the presentation. This will require more than one CSS file. In the Presentation mode, the title of the site should appear along with the page name above the menu and the header page need not be displayed. In an effort to allow for future alterations, the names of the CSS files should be Presentation.css and Doc.css.
