[DOC++] how to install doc++

Hey, i am using windows XP. i've download doc++ and unzipped it, but i 
don't know how to install it. most of the files are not clickable. it 
looks like they are not used for windows operation system. but in the user 
guide, it says 'It also works on Windows 95, 98, 2000, XP and NT'. please 
advice.
