[DOC++] comments on same line following respective statements

Doc++ is a highly praised here, though it would be easier for me to use if there were some way to indicate 
that each comment following respective statement on same line should be associated with that statement 
and not with the statement on the following line.  Any reasonable way known to do do this yet ?
