 I've download the WIN32 binary version from docpp.sourceforge.net, and
found
it did not work for TEX (docxx --tex). Then I downloaded the source
files to compile under cygwin, and it was okay for TEX. Now it works fine
to TEX.
 I sugguest to change the binary file of WIN32 version, or causing more
confused people :)
