[DOC++] re: DOC++ documentation

Hi:

I am reviewing a coding standards guidelines that relies on DOC++.  How can
I get a copy of the DOC++ syntax and semantics?  I tried the download pages
provided at http://docpp.sourceforge.net but was unsuccessful in downloading
anything meaningful.
