i have a problem by generating doc++ because of the rcsid ov cvs, the =

If I put a command before 'static char BosDateTimeCtrlRCSId' the  =

because of cvs the 'static char BosDateTimeCtrlRCSId'  stuff must stay =
without comments.

Is there any possibility, to say doc++ to ignore certain code lines or =
certain type of code ?

I often use the construct:

typedef enum

    item_1,
    item_2,
    ...
    item n

} TMyEnumType;

Now I would like to document the existence of the type and of course the =
meaning of each enum item.

Right now, doc++ forces me to use the construct:

/// this is my enum
enum _TMyEnumType

    item_1,
    item_2,

    item n

};

/// this is the type made from my enum
 typedef enum _TMyEnumType TMyEnumType;

which is bothersome.

Moreover, doc++ only lists the last item of the enum definition.
It would be desirable to have something like this:

[DOC++] Bizare behaviour with structs

Hello,

I just tried to use doc++ to document a fairly simple library written in 
C. I run into a problem. It seems that doc++ is generating hyperlinks 
from method parameters to struct members if they are named the same.

I made a simple example which I attached. It includes a minimalstic 
header and docs I obtained with doc++ after running:

doc++ -H -d exdoc exmpl.h

Please note, that the parameters of the function "example" in it's 
documentation got cross-linked to the documentation of the fields of the 
structure.

Is there any way to avoid this effect?

[DOC++] questions on doc++

Hi,

Is there a possibility to choose, which page becomes the index.html?

Using the default options makes aindex.html the index.html. But I would =
prefer the main class page.

I didn't find information on that in the reference manual.

Additionally I would like to iclude my own html-pages. Do I have to =
write them as a header file, or is there a way to include the html files =
directly?

doc++ (v3.4.8 and v3.4.10) seems to have a problem with character
strings as the following appearing somewhere in the source file:

buf = g_strdup_printf("count(/*/sls)");

It probably interprets the string "count(/*/sls)" ) as start of a
comment and threats the following lines as the comment itself. Thus
the documentation of following subroutine(s) will be ignored.


Example:

I guess there is a little bug in Doc++ processor:

When documenting a several variables within single C declaration, like

double ex_a, ex_b, ey_a, ey_b, ez_a, ez_b;

only first one (ex_a) get to the resulting manual. The same goes for
structures, only first of such declared fields get to report. For example:

Of course it is possible to avoid this by rewriting all variables and

[DOC++] A bug with const qualifier in overloaded methods

Hi,

We are using DOC++ for the LORENE project

	http://www.lorene.obspm.fr

and are very happy about it. It produces
very usefull documentation as can be seen
on http://www.lorene.obspm.fr/Refguide/index.html
 
However, there is a bug which is quite annoying:
DOC++ does not distinguish overloaded methods
when the parameters of these methods are declared
'const'. Considerer the following example:

//----------------------------------
class A ;
class B ;

/** Class C
 */
class C {

  public:
  /// Constructor from A
  C(const A&) ;

  /// Constructor from B
  C(const B&) ;

} ;
//---------------------------------

DOC++ gives the warning message
"Warning: ` C::C(const B&)' already have documentation, merging"
and produces the following ugly output:

C(const B&) 
	Constructor from BConstructor from A 

This bug is present in the current version (3.4.10),
as well as in the two previous ones (3.4.8 and 3.4.9), 
but it did not exist in older versions (e.g. 3.2). 
This bug has been already pointed out in March 2001 by 
Marc Toussaint, see

but no fixing has been performed yet.

[DOC++] Help : Class hierarchy without Java

Hello and a Happy New Year,

I'm stuck with the following problem.
We use DOC++ internally for documenting a bunch of C++ classes, with some
simple dependencies (inheritance) between them.

Currently, the only way to provide a working class hierarchy description is
with the Java Graphs.
Unfortunately, we do not want Java for something as simple as a class
hierarchy, for a variety of reasons.
Instead, we would like to replace the current Java Graphs with pure,
leightwight HTML like this:

The following CSS style is used (can be inserted inline in the <HEADER>
section for example):
<STYLE> 
	LI {padding-top:3pt}
	LI.Child {LIST-STYLE-IMAGE: url(TAB-LEFT.GIF)}
</STYLE>

This tells the browser that all List Item elements in the document that have

a "Child" class <LI class=Child> will use the specified graphic
(TAB-LEFT.GIF) 
instead of a bullet. TAB-LEFT.GIF happens to be an arrow that point to the
upper-left. :-)

The inheritance section of the document then uses the bulleted list as shown
below.
