    Hello,

I'm in the process of migrating my DocMGR installation (1.2.1) to a new server. I have Apache configured and have restored the PostgreSQL database. I can log in as the 'admin' user, but I'm now running into behavior I did not expect:

    1) I cannot see the document tree on the 'Documents' page
    2) When navigating to 'Admin->Account Manager', none of the user accounts I have created show up (I see a blank page).

I re-ran install.php, thinking that perhaps I needed to allow DocMGR to regenerate parts of the database, but this did not help.

Is there an additional step I need to perform to completely restore my DocMGR install?

    Thanks,

    - Karl

Sounds like your SITE_URL in config.php doesn't match what you are typing in the browser to get to DocMGR.

    The SITE_URL is correct.

    Any other ideas?

    Thanks,

Have you installed docmgr on the same folder of your previous server?
    i.e. /var/www/docmgr/
If so, you can check with a winmerge-like program all config files,  in order to make sure your config is the same.
Is your new server using the same docmgr release?

    Hope it helps.
