#52 Output configuration "default" does not use styles

Hi,

I have modified styles in Styles/Block styles for. I modified Heading 1 and Subtitle styles, which works nicely, changed font color is applied. It is applied to title page in PDF (exported from Publishing and also via PDF preview).

However, there's a slight glitch. In Content / Preview toolbar I choose from 3 combo boxes:

1. type either html or pdf
2. publication
3. output configuration (default, pdf and pdf_landscape in my case)

I don't understand where "default" output configuration comes from and are not my customized styles used. In fact, I think the header 1 and subtitle are not present on title page at all. Could you please explain how it should be used?
