#34 Applicability validation check

A check for validation of content's Applicability specification would ease the entry, especially for boolean expressions. An input composer (disabling any typo) would be great ;)
On the other hand a usage check for Applicability's specification on Publishing tab would enhance consistency: Warn if used Applicabilities would be deleted, or propose specification of already used, but still undefined Applicabilities.
