#2 Dockable window error

Respected Sir,
My self Hitesh Patel. I am using your DockDotNet control in my application.
I have to use following features into my application So please help me on
it.
1) When Dockable window open it should be in minimize mode initially rather
than open mode.
2) It should not allow me the drag and drop.
Please help me what should i do for this two things.
