Ability to mark previously read results (Badges, markdowns and/or #tags)

While researching a single topic I've found myself using multiple synonims and local words. I'm still searching for the same broad topic just making sure I'm covering all the possible synonims.
I found out that there is no way for me to tell if I've already read that document other than opening the document and reading through it.
I wish I can tag the documents I've read with any sort of markdown. I think #tags would be most useful because it allows me to add the propper synonims. Also, the ability to exclude those #tags from the current search would be most helpful.
Hopefully you guys find this useful as well and take a bit of time to include it.
Hi,
as stated at the top of the DocFetcher FAQ, I currently don't have time for major feature enhancements, and this is one of them.
In your case, the following workaround might suffice: In DocFetcher's result pane, click the entry you've read or are currently reading and press Ctrl+C, then paste the file path into a text file. Next time you see the same result, you can tell by its file path whether you've already seen it.
Best regards
