#530 regular expressions should be case insensitive

First let me thank you very much for the wonderful product.

In Windows files and directories are case insensitive so the excluded files pattern match should be case insensitive!

Extensions and zip archives should also be regarded the same way.

Sorry for the belated answer, I first had to sift through a mountain of e-mails to find this. Yes, I think it's reasonable to make the regex case insensitive on Windows.
