#381 some inputs about program options

Do we have the following options:

• to view the list of errors saved in some file during indexing.
• suppose exclude list is long (eg. .exe,.obj...etc) every time keying during the search box is tedious. I think we should have this easily configurable in some config file (For GLOBAL use)

Both features are currently not available, but planned for the future. No ETA available yet.
