Hi,
It looks like you extracted the portable version of DocFetcher into the "Program Files" folder. This is not how you're supposed to install it. Either download and execute the installer, or extract the portable version into a folder to which you have write access.
That being said, DocFetcher should at least display a helpful error message in cases like this. This will be added in the future.
