#30 editor field missing for entries of type "book"
In the DocDB entry mask for documents of type "book" the "author" field
is marked as required, however, the "editor" field is missing. According to
the BibTeX manual the requirement is either "author" or "editor".
Not sure how to capture the OR condition in the entry mask, but it
shouldn't be too difficult.
